Why practice yoga?

Classes are guided with the belief that yoga is about how it feels, not how it looks, encouraging you to move in a way that supports your own body. Through mindful, adaptable practices, you’ll deepen your understanding of and connection to your body, while giving your mind a much-needed break from the pace of everyday life.
