Pilates.

"Change happens through movement and movement heals."

Joseph Pilates

Why practice Pilates?

Practicing Pilates supports both physical and mental wellbeing by building strength, stability, and mobility while improving posture and alignment. Through controlled, mindful movement, Pilates enhances body awareness, supports injury prevention, and helps relieve tension. Regular practice encourages focus, balance, and a stronger connection to your body, leaving you feeling more supported and at ease in everyday life.

My approach.

I discovered Pilates while managing chronic lower back pain, which shaped my approach to teaching and led me to train in a physio-informed, rehabilitation-focused method with APPI. My classes are grounded in helping students understand the fundamentals so they can move with confidence and progress safely. With a focus on strength, stability, and awareness, sessions are accessible and clearly guided to support a deeper understanding of your body.
