My Story
I’ve been practising yoga for over 15 years, and my love for the practice led me to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in London in 2021. I teach Vinyasa yoga, a dynamic, flowing style that links breath with movement to create a moving meditation. My classes are designed to build strength, mobility, and focus, while also encouraging relaxation and a sense of calm.
After experiencing lower back pain for many years, I discovered Pilates and felt first-hand the powerful benefits it can bring. This inspired me to complete my Pilates teacher training in 2025 with APPI, a physiotherapy-led approach that focuses on rehabilitation, alignment, and functional movement.
I truly believe that both yoga and Pilates are powerful practices. Each supports a strong mind–body connection while improving posture, strength, mobility, and flexibility.
