I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and my love for the practice led me to complete my 200-hr teacher training in London in 2021.
I teach Vinyasa yoga, which focuses on syncing breath with movement to create a meditative flow that calms the mind and empowers the body. My classes are designed to challenge students both physically and mentally, while also helping them find a sense of relaxation and calmness.

I make home visits in the Hertfordshire/ Buckinghamshire area to teach private yoga classes in your home. These can be 1:1 or groups up to 4. Please enquire about availability and location before booking.

Workshops
Join a Yoga Foundations workshop to build your confidence and get the most out of your yoga practice.
Helen will guide you through the foundations of yoga in a 2 hour practical and interactive workshop.
We will break down the key elements of yoga, focussing on breath, posture, alignment in key poses, and explore transitions and variations so that you can feel the benefits of each pose and progress your practice.
This workshop is suitable for all experience and ability levels, even if you have never done yoga before!
